Contact

Write to a person, not a ticket system.

One address for CompatNav Pro, licenses, orders, refunds and your data. We reply within 3 working days.

What to include

A license or an order
The email address you bought with, or your order number from your receipt. Never your full license key: its last 4 characters are enough.
A problem in CompatNav Pro
What you did, what you expected and what happened; your WordPress, PHP, CompatNav and CompatNav Pro versions (Tools → Site Health → Info); a screenshot if it helps. No code or private data unless we ask.
A refund
One email is enough, within 30 days of buying or renewing. No reason needed.

For the free CompatNav – PHP Upgrade Checker, the quickest help is the support forum on wordpress.org, where answers help other people too. See also Get help and the Refund policy.
